Battle.net Account Locked – Action Require?!
What a bad week I have been through! After my Fiverr banned my account for no reasons, my Battlenet account was also locked without explanations!
Oh well, there were explanations, but totally unreasonable! “Due to suspicious activity”? What the heck is that?! I have never given my account information to anyone or log in simultaneously on 2 PCs. Blizzard gave me that notice when I tried logging in “Diablo 3″. I was really shock! The worst thing was the Battlenet account linked to both games “Diablo 3” and “Starcraft 2″ so I could not log in either of them!
Luckily, Blizzard seems to be more professional than Fiverr in solving customers’ claims. As soon as I finished all verification steps, an email was sent to my mailbox asking me to change the old password. And I was back again! What a relief!

So, if you are the legal Battlenet account owner (yes, i mean legal), please keep your account information safe and don’t forget any single info such as “secret question”, “first name”, “last name” of the account. Blizzard will ask you for this info if you want to recover your account.
Last but not least, you may want to consider using Blizzard Password Authenticator or registering Battlenet SMS protect!

[...] For Diablo 3 Real Money Auction House function, Blizzard community manager Lylirra notes, “Please keep in mind that players will be able to purchase items on the real-money auction house with other forms of payment, including major credit cards that do not require the use of an Authenticator or Battle.net SMS Protect.” Although I don’t like using Authenticator much but I think it is understandable to put Battlenet account on safety first, especially after my Battlenet account was almost locked!
